APPOINTMENTS/CONSULTATIONS
We require a consultation to determine what service is needed in order to allot the appropriate amount of time.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment slot. This amount will be deducted from your total service on the day of your appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you know you are going to be late, please call the salon. Anyone who is 10 minutes late for an appointment will be considered a no-show and charged the cancellation fee.
NON-REFUNDABLE
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE
If you know you are not able to make your appointment, please cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Clients who cancel after the 48 hours mark or no-show will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee.
